Weekends and Holidays: Orders submitted over the weekend or on public holidays will enter processing on the following business day.

Please note that the times listed below are estimates. Actual transit times can fluctuate based on carrier volumes, customs delays, or peak shopping seasons.

Shipping Fees
Delivery costs are computed automatically during checkout and are determined by your geographic location and the shipping tier you select.
Tracking Your Package

System Activation: Please give the shipping carrier up to 48 hours to scan the package and update the tracking status on their network.
Shipping Adjustments & Address Accuracy

Customer Responsibility: It is up to the buyer to ensure the delivery address entered at checkout is completely accurate.

Delivery Issues: Maison Lorca cannot be held liable for shipments that are delayed, lost, or returned to sender because of incorrect or incomplete address details.
Missing, Damaged, or Lost Shipments

Damaged or Lost in Transit: If your package is damaged upon arrival or goes missing before delivery, please notify us immediately at Support@shopyulia.com with your order number. We will collaborate with the carrier to investigate and arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.

Delivered but Missing: Maison Lorca is not financially responsible for items that have been officially marked as "delivered" by the courier but are reported missing or stolen from your property.
International Customs and Import Fees
Orders shipped outside our primary domestic route may incur customs duties, local taxes, or import fees. All such charges are the sole financial responsibility of the recipient.
