We offer a 30-day return window, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your package to request a return.

To qualify for a successful return, your item must arrive back to us in its original condition. This means it must be:

  • Complete with all original tags attached

  • Packed in its original product packaging

  • Accompanied by your receipt or valid proof of purchase

Issues, Damages, and Mistakes

We highly recommend inspecting your items as soon as they arrive. If you find that your order is defective, damaged in transit, or that you received the wrong item entirely, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the problem and correct it.

Product Exchanges

The most efficient way to swap an item is to return the product you currently have. Once your return is received and officially accepted, you can place a brand-new, separate order for the replacement item directly through our storefront.

European Union Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If your order is being delivered to a country within the European Union, you maintain a legal right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of receipt for any reason, without needing a justification. The same eligibility rules apply: the merchandise must be unworn, unused, tagged, and in its original retail packaging alongside your proof of purchase.

Processing Your Refund

We will notify you via email as soon as our warehouse receives and inspects your returned item. If your refund is authorized, the credit will be automatically issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that banks and credit card providers often require additional processing time to post these funds to your account balance.
